Find Your Trail

People often ask me how I love running so much. Here’s my answer: I like running on pavement. I HATE running on a treadmill, but I LOVE running on a trail. When I am trail running it feels like I could run forever. Step one to enjoying working out: find your trail. Hate the gym? That doesn’t mean you should give up on getting in shape- it’s just not your trail. If you’re in a workout rut and you find yourself dragging yourself to the gym or skipping your workout entirely- try working out in new places. Lay out a yoga mat outside and do body weight exercises. Go for a bike ride at the beach. Go for a hike. Sign up for a workout class or a yoga class. Go for a walk somewhere beautiful. You don’t have to be running, but get moving- find your trail. ✨🌹
